We're looking for two kick-ass coaches who are:
- humble and listen like a rock with ears
- use simple, yet highly effective tools, models, and frameworks that clients just 'get'
- get a CPD qualification when they work with us, nothing too fancy, just good, practical stuff
- if they're already ICF qualified, they get extra CCE credits (that's quite fancy)
- respond to clients' needs and offer answers when and how they need it
- believe in building kick-ass cultures so people are no longer miserable at work
