We are currently recruiting for multiple headcounts for all sorts of Pension people to join our home-based team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced pension professional to join our home-based Scheme Benefits team as a Pensions Analyst. In this role, you will ensure all aspects of a transition project are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within a controlled project environment. The Scheme Benefits team operates within the Implementation Department, delivering first-class pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients. Projects range from large-scale transformational deliveries to tailored client solutions, offering a varied and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client implementation projects within your workstream.
  • Drive the gathering, interpretation, and documentation of client requirements.
  • Translate requirements into system solutions and oversee the implementation process.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project-related queries and issues.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of all project tasks within budget.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings and project status calls.
  • Mentor and develop Implementation Analysts, fostering their professional growth.
  • Assist in project management, including risk and issue identification and mitigation.
  • Facilitate internal and external system training sessions, and provide comprehensive documentation.
  • Support the line manager in the effective management of team members.
  • Participate in the technical development of technology platforms through analysis, design, and specifications for new or enhanced features.

Technical Expertise:

In-depth technical pensions knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes.
