Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our busy and growing marketing team. This is a new role working directly with the Lead Generation Manager. You will follow up on incoming leads, identify and engage potential customers, generate high-quality appointments for the sales team, and support in converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as exhibition contacts, website enquiries, data lists, email campaigns, market analysis, and online research.
- Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential customers.
- Qualify leads based on interest, plans, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Track and analyze lead conversion rates to optimize outreach efforts.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct cold calls and identify target audiences.
