Deputy Manager – Children\’s Homes Apply locations: Rugby | Time type: Full time | Posted on: Posted Yesterday | Application deadline: June 26, 2025 (26 days left) Salary: £42,741 – £49,319 (assuming good attendance) Role Overview Working in our Children’s Homes involves engaging in the daily lives of young people, supporting them through their high and low moments. As a Deputy Manager, you will ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and motivating for both staff and young people. Challenges are part of the role, but so are small victories that make a big difference. Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive developmental outcomes through a holistic approach involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations, support the team, and uphold high standards to help young people reclaim their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. Minimum of 2 years’ residential childcare experience, including supervisory roles, is required.
