Your tasks:
- Drive growth by supporting the expansion of our Patient Monitoring Solutions business and identifying new opportunities to increase profitability.
- Deliver expert application support during pre-sales, trials, and installations, ensuring customers experience the full value of our technology.
- Train and empower users by planning and delivering high-quality post-sale training that builds customer confidence and independence.
- Collaborate closely with territory managers and clinical stakeholders to support demos, trials, and ongoing customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, developing competitive strategies, and contributing to tender preparations.
- Own your expertise by maintaining deep product knowledge and actively participating in the Nihon Kohden Europe PMS/Medical IT group.
Your profile:
- A UK resident, 2-3 years of experience in the field of medical technology and preferably first experience in the medical device environment.
- Ability to negotiate and conduct business with clients at all levels within the public health sector and in private hospitals.
- Good product knowledge in the field of patient monitoring is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills, negotiating skills, assertiveness, a high degree of willingness to take responsibility, a confident and skilled manner, and a high degree of personal initiative.
