The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Location: Sheffield Area

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience, location and contract type. 40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.

Referral Bonus: Earn £2000 for each asbestos surveyor that you refer!

Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing
  • Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations
  • Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264
  • Recording data accurately
  • Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail
  • Check all locations are photographed and photographs are stored

What We’re Looking For:

  • P403 and P404 essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable
  • Risk assessment in training desirable
