Our client has an exciting opportunity in Northern Ireland and we are looking for an experienced key account manager to work across the territory with customers including policy makers, paediatric consultants, and dietitians in hospitals, as well as some dieticians and doctors in community settings.
You will build relationships with key networks, maximising the usage and uptake within the patient groups, thus improving the outcome and quality of patient lives. You will work collaboratively using your field and digital skills to build effective working relationships with key networks to drive the uptake of the full paediatric portfolio. This is a hybrid role, which offers the variety of working both remotely and within the field.
This is a direct role with our client. Experience required:
- Pharmaceutical field sales and digital sales experience
- Qualified by experience / ABPI Qualified
- Proven ability to change guidance and protocols in Northern Ireland
- High level of business planning, organisational & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop productive partnerships
- High level of negotiation & selling skills
- Highly motivated with drive & determination to succeed & willingness to adapt to change
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate pro-activity
- Experience of working with SMC decision makers in secondary and primary care
