Contract: Minimum 6 weeks, potential to turn permanent
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm (office-based)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is an innovative science and research organisation who are looking for an Administrator to join their Healthcare department.

Duties will include:

• Managing intake and verification of samples from hospitals and private companies, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Overseeing digital transfer of results to consultants to enable swift patient diagnosis
• Maintaining accurate records/documentation associated with your work
• Inputting patient data into the clinical database
• Supporting the courier in packaging cases to send off
• Completing administrative tasks such as typing reports and sending email correspondence
• Filing, scanning and archiving documentation
• Analysing data trends to optimise workflow and improve turnaround times
• Working closely with other departments such as the laboratory department to ensure cases are reported in a timely manner

Skills/Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role essential – office support / data entry/ admin/ customer service
• Strong attention to detail is paramount!
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
