We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom-built projects within a fast-paced, design-to-delivery environment. Acting as the client’s primary point of contact after order confirmation, this role requires strong technical coordination, problem-solving ability, and exceptional communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from post-sale to project completion.
- Develop and manage detailed technical specifications and build instructions.
- Oversee the coordination of internal departments (design, manufacturing, graphics, etc.) and external partners.
- Monitor budgets and timelines, ensuring delivery meets commercial and quality expectations.
- Coordinate all third-party services and show-related logistics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain up-to-date project records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Provide timely updates and communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for future business.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven project management experience in a technical, design, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or similar CAD systems.
- IT literate (CRM, ERP, MS Office).
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport.

- PRINCE2 certification or other formal project management qualification.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the events, exhibitions, or custom fabrication industry.

Role Details:
