The Senior Sales Manager will contribute to driving the business’s local and international commercial growth. You will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals including contractual management and upselling. You will work across ESS, electric mobility and back-up applications. The business is scaling their sales team, and this role presents the opportunity to progress in the organization towards future leadership.
Working across both mobility and stationary storage sectors, you will develop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

The Person
This role requires an experienced sales professional with the proven ability to win new business. Ideally coming from a technical background, you will be able to understand customer’s challenges and provide solutions tailored to their needs. You will have a strong network in battery sector and a solid understanding of the different market opportunities for battery analytics software.
This role requires a sales hunter. You will have 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in B2B software sales.
You should have the hunger to constantly find new opportunities for the business and the optimism and perseverance to drive sales opportunities to completion.
You should be analytical and structured, executing sales growth strategies, building trusted relations and excellent negotiation skills along with motivation to achieve revenue target growths.
You will have a good understanding of renewable energy and battery systems and relevant professional networks to support sales (e.g. on safety, asset management, EV fleet management, utilities etc).
You will be able to deliver solutions to complex customer requirements involving a solid technical understanding of the battery sector.
