As a GTM Engineer at Maze, you will be at the forefront of building our Go-To-Market engine from 0-1, combining technical expertise with a passion for growth. This is a unique opportunity to join as one of the early team members of a well-funded startup building at the intersection of generative AI and security. You will work closely with our leadership team to design, implement, and optimize our sales and marketing systems while helping customers discover and adopt Maze. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical problem-solving and revenue generation, and who wants to fast-track their route to leadership or has ambitions of starting their own company one day.
Your Contribution:
- Build Technical GTM Foundations: Design and implement our technical GTM infrastructure, including sales automation, data pipelines, and analytics systems that will drive our growth.
- Enable Customer Success: Provide technical guidance during the sales process, helping prospects understand how Maze solves their security challenges.
- Drive Adoption: Develop repeatable processes that help customers discover and adopt new Maze use cases.
- Growth Experimentation: Create and execute technical growth experiments across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Translate Feedback to Product: Work with engineering teams to translate customer feedback into feature improvements.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Technical Aptitude: 2+ years in a technical role (Product, Solutions/Sales Engineering) or GTM experience (Sales, RevOps, Growth, Marketing).
- High EQ: Empathize deeply with our teams and customers while effectively translating complex technical concepts.
- Thrive in Ambiguity: You deliver with pace and quality in uncertain environments and are constantly generating new ideas.
- Prioritization Skills: Excellent at staying organized and focusing on high-impact activities.
