For Companies The Role:
- To carry out dimensional & visual inspection of components to customer requirements.
- Utilise precision measuring tools like Calipers, Micrometer, Shadow Graph & special to product gauges.
- Carry out dimensional inspection using CMM & OGP.
- Visual Inspection of components to a very high standard.
- Use of customer drawings & specifications.
- 1st off Inspection.
- Communicate clearly & effectively results with supervision and management.
- Health, safety and environment compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of aerospace inspection.
- Must be able to confidently interpret drawings.
- Understanding of GD&T.
- Comfortable following strict procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical working practices.
- Patient and diligent.
- Highly motivated by high standards & product improvement.
- Ability to use manual inspection equipment.
- CMM & OGP inspection advantage, but not essential.
- Upon a successful interview, Preci Spark’s application process requests that a basic criminal record may be carried out.
