The Senior Brand Marketing Manager's purpose is to drive player awareness, acquisition, and engagement across all our games to ensure commercial and player goals are met. You are responsible for the marketing plans across the company's portfolio; delivering directly for the titles you own and supporting your team's marketing deliverables for the titles they own. You manage and develop a team of Brand Marketing Managers, whilst also acting as a strategic partner to Development partners and other key functions. Your focus is on collaboration internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for our players, development partners and games.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Take ownership for the creation & execution of product/brand marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, agencies and external teams.
- Bring excellence in strategic and creative approach.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee marketing deliverables.
- Proactively analyse the games marketplace and wider entertainment industry.
- Work with game teams to provide detailed marketing strategies.
- Bring excellence in creative thought and innovative ambitions to marketing campaigns.
- Act as a champion of collaboration with your teammates.
Some key things we're looking for:
- Previous experience releasing games onto multiple platforms, within indie or AAA space or anything in between.
- Previous experience in creating and executing inventive go to market strategies to bring a diverse range of games to market.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize data, market trends and user feedback to assist the team in creating insightful product features.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence.
- You should be a proactive, savvy and effective cross-functional driver.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Positive attitude, engaged work ethic, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
