Purpose of the role
As a Territory Manager, your main goal is to achieve predetermined objectives and sales targets in the annual performance cycle. You will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals in the healthcare sector, including both clinical and non-clinical professionals, within your assigned area. It will be crucial for you to identify and engage with individuals within the NHS healthcare system and private organizations to stimulate growth and explore new business prospects. Your detailed business plans will concentrate on the most valuable opportunities to compete, expand, and successfully implement innovative technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating customer relationships to ensure a positive impact and drive growth.
What to expect:
- Effective territory planning and preparation, using all available sales and share data to plan and implement journey plans to capitalize on business growth opportunities across all categories, channels, and customer segments.
- Take ownership for the overall account management of all customers on the territory, understanding customer needs, resolving customer complaints/queries, and building strong partnerships to achieve long-term business building.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, marketplace, customers, and competitors β fostering timely and relevant information to the wider organisation.
- Present brand value propositions and customer solutions that will positively influence buying behaviours.
- Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans to develop a broad understanding of the business environment and account needs.
- By using key systems and data, both internally and externally, you will uncover insights to advise your strategies and drive successful outcomes.

- Degree or equivalent experience supported by evidence of high achievements.
- A consistent track record in Surgical Sales, with strong influencing and business partnering skills.
- The capability to develop an inspiring brand vision and business strategy that motivates and encourages prioritisation for individuals both inside and outside the organization.
- The ability to build trust with customers through consultative and probing questioning.
- Suitability for spending a significant amount of time in the operating theatre.
- An understanding of product consignment, and the ability to learn how to use our business intelligence tools to maximise efficiency.
- Proficiency in using the Company's selling tools, such as Integrity Selling.
- Deep clinical expertise in procedure and product knowledge.
- A full, clean driving license that permits you to drive in the UK.
