This position offers a competitive benefits package and involves supporting Microsoft SharePoint 2019 within the Department of Defense (DoD) community. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, site management, updates, backups, storage management, and supporting security operations related to cybersecurity accreditation and RMF continuous monitoring. You will also assist with SharePoint architecture deployment and upgrades from SharePoint 2013 to newer versions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for SharePoint 2019 and manage site permissions and configurations.
- Plan and execute updates, patches, and service packs, communicating downtime as needed.
- Manage data retrieval, backups, and storage space efficiently.
- Review usage reports to optimize user experience.
- Support security operations in line with cybersecurity frameworks.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining SharePoint architectures and upgrades.
Required Skills:
- DoD 8570 - IAT Level II certification (Security+, CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of SharePoint Administration experience.
- Experience with SnapManager, AvePoint DocAve, Windows OS, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, Office 365.
- Microsoft SharePoint Administration certification in multiple versions.
- TS/SCI clearance to start.
