Are you a proactive, confident, self-starting R&D Project Manager with a broad skill set across tech, engineering and electronics? We are looking for someone to drive our key projects from planning to launch stage through our New Product Introduction cycle, ensuring momentum is kept, budgets are met and our key stakeholders are taken on the journey. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects that align to RVT\’s strategic goals. Liaising closely with operations, comms, external partners, suppliers, and consultants, facilitating collaboration among our engineers and designers to drive innovation. Responsibilities Drive R&D projects from conceptualisation through to completion, ensuring alignment with RVT\’s strategic goals Collaborate with the R&D Director and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, deliverables and budgets Work with Product Owners to refine agreed specifications and ensure project delivery facilitates smooth onboarding Electro-mechanical solutions focused (e.g., building frames, putting together a variety of ducting solutions) Develop RVTs Cloud further to have new functionality and integrate RVT Cloud with internal & external IT systems Conduct thorough research to assess feasibility and market trends, leveraging insights to inform product development Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, operations and commercial teams to ensure product viability. Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track Manage product improvement projects to address quality issues, breakdowns, and additional features. Facilitate review meetings to update key stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and solutions. Track and manage costs to align product and project budget scope. Develop influential relationships with external partners, suppliers, and consultants to enhance project outcomes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development lifecycle Requirements Degree in Engineering, Product Development, or a Technological related field. (E) 10 + years experience in project management within an R&D environment. (E) Proven track record of successfully managing complex R&D projects from inception to launch. (E) Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation through commercialisation. (E) Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Monday.com, Agile, PRINCE2). (E) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. (E) Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
