Loom Talent is supporting the recruitment of a Logistics and Supply Chain Lead for a client in Woking. Our client is a global leader in FMCG. The role will be based at the UK HQ and offers a hybrid working arrangement, including flexible hours and some WFH.
As a Logistics and Supply Chain Lead, you will support the UK operation by overseeing the scheduling of goods movements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and verification of shipping documentation
- Oversight and replenishment planning
- Logistics pricing and cost optimization
- Customs compliance and import/export coordination
- Engagement with third-party logistics (3PL)
- Warehouse and inter-office coordination
- Administrative support to commercial and finance teams
- Supply chain risk management
- Sustainability and compliance monitoring
- KPI reporting and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
