Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
- Assist guests in selecting the best room options while maximizing revenue through up-selling.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
- Handle special requests and ensure guest preferences are recorded.
- Process room reservations, manage rooming lists, and maintain accurate records in the system.

Qualifications:- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
