Bennett and Game are representing a well-established multi-disciplinary Top 150 Consultancy based in Maidstone who are looking for a Project Architect to join their growing team. With over 50 years' experience, our client has gained an excellent reputation working with clients across the UK as well as Europe. The successful Project Architect will get exposure to a variety of projects as our client has a diverse portfolio which includes Commercial, Residential, Leisure, and Education projects.

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 in addition to a range of benefits including:

Job Overview:

  • Deliver various projects within a variety of sectors
  • Work on various Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Education projects (Typically between the values of £500k to £15m)
  • Run Projects from Inception to Completion
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project goals are met
  • Contribute to the development of design proposals and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest building regulations and industry best practice

Job Requirements:

  • Registered Architect (ARB or RIBA)
  • Good knowledge with Revit
  • Knowledge of the Building Safety Act would be advantageous
  • Live within a commutable distance of Maidstone
