The Amore Group has an exciting opening for a Senior HR Advisor to join our fantastic team! We are looking to recruit a full-time Senior HR Advisor to help develop and implement efficient and effective HR processes and initiatives to support managers and employees across all group divisions. The ideal candidate will have already gained solid experience as an HR Advisor and will be ready to take the next step in to develop a career in HR. Candidates will have already gained some knowledge of UK employment law and experience of providing HR advice and implementing HR procedures, practice and compliance. The role would suit someone who enjoys change and problem solving and working in a people-focused and fast-paced office environment. This is a varied role with opportunities for progression and support to complete a level 5 HR qualification. We are offering a salary of £30,000 - 35,000.

HR duties:
- Provision of advisory guidance on all aspects of employment law and HR including but not limited to, starters, leavers, probationary reviews, sickness, annual leave, maternity and paternity, absence management, flexible working, TUPE.
- Supporting the HR Business Partner to build strong HR Processes and Systems which will support business growth.
- Managing ER casework from onset and supporting to find resolutions to close out in a timely manner.
- Act as lead for absence management, working with managers to conduct welfare meetings and identify suitable resolutions.
- Assisting in the update and implementation of HR Policies.
- Confident to advise and support managers with change management and consultation.
- Record and collate all HR casework and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Working with the HR Assistant to ensure HR administration for the full employee life-cycle is in place and is processed in line with GDPR.
- Responding to HR and system queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Note-taker for HR Casework.
Requirements:
- Min CIPD Level 3 with an interest in developing a career in HR and completing CIPD Level 5.
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills, professional approach, and ability to handle confidential information, thorough, with a good attention to detail (essential).
- Relevant experience as an HR Advisor or equivalent (essential).
- Experience of setting up and implementing HR processes with a strong skillset in MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal ability, verbal communication and written English skills (essential).
- Manages time well, builds strong relationships and has excellent problem solving skills.
- Confident with basic maths and spreadsheets (essential).
- Experience of HR Systems (desirable).
- A qualification in a Business Admin or Human Resource discipline (desirable).
- Experience in the health-care sector or as a healthcare worker-related position (desirable).
- Proactive and positive approach and an ability to turn work challenges into opportunities.
