Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for customers, working closely with the external sales team to deliver tailored solutions. Interpret diagnostic test kit data and provide customers with detailed recommendations and product solutions. Prepare and present technical quotes to clients, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits. Drive sales within specified accounts to achieve financial targets and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, providing ongoing support and technical advice. Maintain and update commercial project lists to support the sales team. Use data and market insights to provide strategic recommendations and identify areas for growth. Accurately maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in technical sales, with a track record in customer relationship management and business development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide tailored solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Experience preparing technical sales quotes and proposals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, chart creation, data analysis). Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
