Cannara Biotech has the largest indoor cannabis cultivation facilities in Quebec. These modern and safe facilities are located in Farnham and Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Cannara Biotech produces indoor-grown cannabis and cannabis-derived products for the Quebec and Canadian markets. Cannara Biotech Inc. is currently looking for a member for our dynamic Packaging team.

Under the authority of the Packaging Manager, the Packaging team will ensure that the orders are prepared, packed, labelled, and loaded according to the instructions. This person will have to handle products, weigh, pack, and label with a sealer, visually check for any abnormalities, document the registry for data tracking, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and sterility in the packaging department. The person will have to review, understand, and follow all Regulated Operations Procedures (POPs) in order to respond to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). All tasks will have to be done in accordance with standard operational procedures (PON). Training on this subject will be provided on-site.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position, an asset;
  • Be rigorous;
  • Pay attention to detail, inspection, and visual control;
  • Have good judgment;
  • Be autonomous;
  • Have good manual and operational dexterity;
  • Be able to handle up to 20 kg (45 lbs).

  • Day and evening shifts.
