RESPONSIBILITIES

The Brand Ambassador\’s main objective is to meet sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and brand representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, makeup artistry skills, and fragrance knowledge.

Your main focus includes:

– Conducting make-up and fragrance consultations to drive sales and loyalty
– Building relationships with customers to influence and upsell
– Achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Upholding brand standards in appearance and behavior
– Collaborating with store teams and management
– Using iPad for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced beauty retail professional, you are passionate about makeup and luxury brands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should have:

– Makeup artistry experience; fragrance knowledge is a plus
– Experience with luxury beauty brands
– A strong sales record
– Ability to build relationships with retail teams
– Passion for the beauty industry
