CARETAKER NEEDED – R9 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Property Maintenance Client who are in need of a Caretaker for a Primary School. Location Working Hours: – Shifts Available: Mon- Fri 7:00am – 11:00 & 13:00 – 18:00 (Caretakers will Open up in the morning and close in the afternoon) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and management of the premises. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities. Manage budgets and supplies for maintenance needs. Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly. Requirements: Enhanced DBS certificate is mandatory. Previous experience in School Caretaker or a similar role. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
