Our Infrastructure and Security Delivery Technology team focuses on building, testing, and maintaining technology platforms, products, and services to keep our systems running smoothly and performing well. As a QA Manager, you will work closely with people to achieve great results. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of these platforms, products, and services. Your job will ensure that our systems are reliable, high-performing, and always improving to meet the changing needs of the business.
Salary: Starting From £60,000.00pa plus up to 30% company performance based bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You will drive innovation, monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and optimize technology investments.
- By leveraging technical expertise, collaboration, and emerging technologies, you will deliver high-quality solutions that align with strategic goals and enable business success.
- You will develop and execute test plans for infrastructure, security, and EUC environments.
- Perform functional, performance, and security testing of IT systems and applications.
- Identify and report vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Validate end-user computing (EUC) solutions, including desktops, laptops, and virtual environments.
- Automate testing processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve system resilience.
- Manage a team of testers and ensure clear responsibility across various workstreams and deliverables.
What You’ll Need
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing infrastructure/security testing and compliance validation, requiring proficiency in methodologies such as penetration testing and vulnerability scanning to identify and mitigate risks.
- A deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring that infrastructure security controls are effectively implemented and subject to continuous assessment for compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in automating infrastructure testing, with a strong understanding of CI/CD security testing practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure & security testing across various platforms, as well as expertise in API security best practices.
- Expertise in performance and load testing, along with proficiency in observability platforms to monitor system health and performance, capable of conducting disaster recovery and failover testing, as well as resilience testing, while managing incident response processes to ensure system robustness.
- Proven experience in end-to-end QA strategy development for digital services, infrastructure, networks, and software applications, as well as leading and mentoring QA teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress.
