A quick look at the role. The Traffic Dispatcher is responsible for managing the day-to-day organisation of operations in the depot through the allocation and basic routing of vehicles. You will ensure best-in-class service delivery to customers, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure environmental and O licence compliance. Your Core Responsibilities Optimising routes and vehicle utilisation to deliver top-class service. Managing driver availability and ensuring compliance with regulations. Overseeing vehicle checks, safety, and maintenance. Handling admin tasks such as payroll, timesheets, tachograph records, and reporting. Driving cost-efficiency by analysing depot data and improving operations. This role also offers opportunities to engage in employee engagement and improvement initiatives.
