We\’re seeking a diligent Content Editor to join the team at ICS. Sitting within the SEO team, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all written content across campaigns is accurate, engaging and aligned with client guidelines. As the final checkpoint before work reaches our clients, this role is critical in ensuring all content is delivered in line with deadlines and quality standards. Alongside editing, you will play a key role in the development and coaching of our writing team, delivering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. Impeccable attention to detail is essential to be successful in this role. The role: Permanent, full-time Salary: £24,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience) Hybrid-working Editing SEO-driven content across a range of sectors Ensuring content adheres to in-house and client guidelines Work closely with Editorial Manager to ensure client feedback regarding content is dealt with promptly, supporting with content audits when required Creating and supporting the topic ideation process for off-page SEO campaigns Liaising with the editorial team to ensure writer queries answered in a timely and effective manner Supporting with writer training and development, offering feedback and guidance throughout the editorial process Advising on writer suitability for new and existing content campaigns Contribute to the development of content briefs for new clients Working alongside international writers and editors on multilingual campaigns Requirements Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and actionable feedback Proven proofreading and editing skills Excellent writing and grammar skills Ability to work through large volumes of work quickly, whilst also maintaining impeccable attention to detail Results-orientated, with the ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines Outstanding time management Ability to think creatively and ‘outside of the box\’ Understanding of SEO Benefits 33 paid holidays per year Birthdays off work Work abroad policy (up to 30 days per year) Competitive pension scheme (matched up to 7%) Industry-leading family policies Hybrid, flexible working Life assurance and private healthcare Regular team socials/workshops Free, weekly breakfasts #J-18808-Ljbffr
