What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering closely with 3 experienced Financial Advisers
- Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
- Producing in-depth suitability reports (pensions, investments, estate planning)
- Working on complex cases: IHT mitigation, tax optimisation, cashflow modelling
- Mentoring junior team members
- Helping to refine and improve advice processes
What you’ll bring:
- Paraplanning experience in private client wealth management
- Level 4 Diploma as a minimum (Chartered a strong plus)
- Confident, client-facing communication style
- Collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- Ambition — whether that’s moving into advice or excelling technically
The Offer:
- £48,000 – £55,000 DOE
