Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Lettings Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The realistic OTE for this role is £31,000.
Let\’s talk about the role. It involves
- You will be responsible for responding to all enquiries, both face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments in order to maximise potential opportunities and meet the branch targets.
- carrying out viewings on properties which equates to around 75% of the role.
- Working to targets you will register applicants and encourage viewings of potential property matches, whilst encouraging landlords to use our full range of services.
- Full training will be given to ensure you understand and are fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
