Primary Responsibilities The Clinical Trial Coordinator Finance (CTC β F) will support the Clinical Research Manager (CRM) and other team members through the life cycle of the study from study start-up to study closure Duties Support the team members through the life cycle of a clinical trial from study start-up to study closure, performing the following duties: Trial and site administration and support, particularly within site start-up phase. Collaborate with finance/budgeting representatives. Maintenance of financial files. Meeting Planning. Interact with internal and external stakeholders (study sites, vendors, etc.) in support of clinical study objectives. Tracking and reporting negotiations. Ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Maintenance of tracking tools and systems. Collate, distribute, and archive clinical documents. Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation. Education And Experience B.A./B.S. (Life Sciences preferred) or equivalent healthcare experience. Minimum 1-2 years in Clinical Research in a similar role. Experience of handling and executing clinical payments and contracts. Experience of managing financial correspondence. Experience of administrative support of clinical trials. Fluent or business proficient in English (verbal and written). Good understanding of Global, Country/Regional Clinical Research guidelines. Effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, conflict management. Effective communication with external customers (e.g., sites and investigators). Able to work independently. Desirable: financial, legal, site negotiations. Executing payments in particular payments in clinical studies will be added advantage. Proficient level of knowledge of Excel, Word.
