Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative tasks working closely with the DGHR.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to meet the goals of the organisation.
- Manage and plan the HR needs of the whole organisation.
- Direct line management of the Business and HR Coordinator.
- Assist in a range of activities and provide necessary support to the wider HR team.
- Manage the whole employee lifecycle, issuing contracts, preparing job descriptions, carrying out interviews and issuing offer letters.
- Identify training and development needs of the whole workforce to address specific training needs.
- Administer and collate payroll within deadlines, dealing with any queries relating to payroll.
- Adhere to compliance, upkeep of documentation in line with the company\’s HRIS.
About You
- Previous experience working as a HR Manager.
- Experience of direct line management is desirable.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure adjusting daily workload as required by the business.
- Strong communication skills, proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with HR Software.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations case management.
- Confidential & trustworthy, understand the importance of handling sensitive data alongside GDPR.
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Experience of drawing up employment contracts and policies.
