The Role: The purpose of this role is to support the effective management of the store by leading and motivating your team to maintain company standards across all areas of the store. You will be responsible for one of the three departments in store, and at times, you will work cross-functionally to support other departments as needed. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the functionality of your team by setting goals for colleagues each shift, providing guidance and instructions, and leading by example. You will review safe and legal records to ensure daily completion during your shifts. In the absence of senior management, you will take on the responsibilities of the duty manager.

We are seeking candidates with previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience.

Working Pattern: This is a full-time role with a contract of 36.75 hours per week.
