SHW Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in England. Responsibilities Support and assist the clientβs delivery team in the delivery of the Dogger Bank Wind Farm offshore project, focusing on supporting the installation of DB(C) OSP to ensure compliance with project goals, company standards, statutory SHE responsibilities, and related works management. Provide the project manager with necessary reports or statistics. Report directly to the project manager and SHW Manager. Review contractor RAMS and relevant documentation to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and client duties. Assist in developing local SHE procedures and standards related to work processes or assets. Prepare or review formal reports such as SEARS, accident investigations, high potential/near hit reports, internal audits, and regular SHW reports. Lead incident investigations as required and communicate learnings effectively. Monitor site health and safety actively, collaborating with other disciplines and contractors to implement improvements. Monitor contractor safety observations and assist in trend analysis. Develop and support safety drills with contractors, implementing improvements from these exercises. Promote and support a positive safety culture on site and within the project team. Requirements Full and valid GWO certifications. Hold a HUET, Bi-deltoid Measurements, and CAEBS certification. At least 3 years of offshore wind experience, preferably in offshore substation installation or commissioning. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
