Vacancy Ref: AK3255452 The Opportunity: A leading commercial real estate consultancy in the North West of England is hiring an MRICS Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for its Licensed & Leisure team. The role involves advising on acquisitions & disposals, lease consultancy and valuations, with a focus on various licensed and leisure establishments including but not limited to health & fitness, pubs, bars, restaurants to casinos, leisure schemes and destinations. Key Responsibilities: Lease Advisory: Dealing with lease advisory matters in the Licensed & Leisure and Retail markets. Valuations: Assisting in the valuation of Licensed & Leisure properties and portfolios. Acquisitions and Disposals: Advising on the acquisition and disposal of Licensed & Leisure premises. Qualifications & Experience: MRICS Qualified: Must be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Lease Advisory Experience: Some experience in lease advisory is required. Red Book Valuations: Experience with Red Book Valuations is necessary. Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are a must.
