Location: UK, hybrid working Main purpose of the position : To lead the global deployment of a digitalised Authority To Work (ATW) and Permit To Work (PTW) integrated solution across a global contract aligned to ISS Health & Safety strategy. Create and maintain a robust delivery plan, ensuring all items are progressed to agreed timelines and aligned to scope. Key expectations : Deliver the pre-agreed programme outcomes, liaise with all applicable stakeholders throughout the programme delivery, manage risks, issues and escalations through the agreed governance frameworks; demonstrate the ability to prioritise and handle simultaneous complex tasks. What you’ll do : Agree the program scope/deliverables and timelines; Create and manage a robust program plan with agreed milestones; Produce and issue regular program reports; Ensure effective stakeholder management, a robust escalation management process as part of the governance model, and a strong communications plan for each initiative being delivered; Identify dependencies and complexities relating to other programmes, projects and/or workstreams and coordinate to support resolution and alignment; Provide clear leadership demonstrating the core ISS values and behaviours. Who you’ll work with : Senior leadership teams within ISS, customers, and technology suppliers; Technical teams from ISS and technology suppliers; ISS Functional leads/SMEs and regional ISS Operational teams; Third-party technology suppliers. Qualifications and experience: Appropriate professional accreditation (PgMP, PMP, Prince2, MSP or equivalent); Programme management experience in complex organisational environments; Comfortable influencing, challenging, and working collaboratively with senior leadership; Commercial awareness and knowledge of the Facilities Management industry; Fluent in English (second language a bonus); Experience working in diverse environments with multiple cultures and nationalities; Minimum 5 years experience in a programme management role, preferably within Facilities Management and/or Banking/Corporate environments. Personal skills: Highly organised and responsive, able to work under pressure; Strong relationship-building skills; Excellent communication skills, effective across different levels of stakeholders; Logical problem-solving approach.
