Position As the Head of Development at Quorum Cyber, you will lead our development team, driving the creation and enhancement of our cybersecurity products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, Solution Directors, and Portfolio, to align development efforts with the company\’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Define and communicate clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for the team. Manage resource allocation, team dynamics, and career development. Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy that aligns with Quorum Cyber\’s business objectives. Oversee the development and maintenance of internal and external cybersecurity products, including SOC, SDM, Engineering, and PMO tools. Ensure the successful delivery of new MDR, MXDR, CTEM, and other cybersecurity products. Collaborate with the Product and UI/UX teams to translate product vision and customer needs into actionable development plans. Work with Solution Directors to ensure that development efforts align with customer requirements and market demands. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes. Quality Assurance
