About the Role We’re on the lookout for a Sales Operations Executive with a passion for building efficient systems and translating sales workflows into smart Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll be the Salesforce go-to for the commercial team—optimizing sales processes, troubleshooting issues, and enabling performance visibility through dashboards. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for our Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments. Translate sales team needs into scalable Salesforce workflows and automations. Build, improve, and maintain dashboards to visualize weekly performance and revenue tracking. Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system integrity through regular QA and sandbox testing. Partner with commercial leaders to continuously improve the sales funnel. Identify and implement improvements in CRM adoption and data quality. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, especially Sales Cloud. Ability to design and optimize workflows, custom fields, reports, and dashboards. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Growth mindset with a keen eye for process improvement. Familiarity with campaign management on Meta, Google Ads, or DV360 is a bonus. Comfortable navigating fast-changing environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
