Our Environmental Root Cause Analysis Manager will lead a team of RCA and Technical Specialists within the River Health team by ensuring collaboration across clean water and wastewater service delivery teams. This integrated approach helps identify and address root causes of pollution incidents, fostering cross-functional improvements and aligning RCA activities with Yorkshire Water\’s strategic goals. By overseeing thorough investigations of environmental incidents and implementing effective root cause analysis strategies, the role directly contributes to Yorkshire Water\’s commitment to environmental protection.
