Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Lead, support and train the team(s) in the transformation to Agile and Scrum adoption.
- Identify the best solution for efficient project delivery using appropriate agile methodologies.
- Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality.
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Help the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Support team(s) to have clear, concise and deliverable Product Backlog items at the right time.
- Play a key role in team culture and spirit, influencing the teams to remain motivated and deliver work efficiently.
- Drive optimal collaboration and improve the team(s) and business using empirical methods.
- Coach and support the team in impediment removal.
- Experience and extended knowledge in Agile methodology and Scrum.
- Ability to facilitate, educate, train, influence and lead individuals and teams.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills along with stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
- Scrum Master certification is desirable.
