Responsibilities- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about RYPM and its customers.
- Represent RYPM in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each service call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
- HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- General and other inspections including preventative maintenance of all types of appliances for residential users.
- Respond to and efficiently manage HVAC service calls and work orders.
- Conduct assessments, document findings, and upload details for work orders.
- Install and configure HVAC-related components as needed.
- Provide detailed assessments and recommendations for HVAC system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC maintenance/repair.
- Valid driver's license and suitable vehicle for transporting equipment.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, tools, and practices.
- Organized with effective communication skills.
- Independent and team-working abilities.
- Availability for rotating shifts and standby duties.
- Physically capable of performing required tasks (lifting 25 kg, bending, squatting).
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Must own an iPhone for job-related communications.
