Client Relationship Manager

Job Introduction Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role with flexible location options across the UK. We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. More About The Role Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Define, track, and report on client-specific KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. Oversee the negotiation, execution, and renewal of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Review and interpret contract terms, ensuring obligations are met by both parties. Prepare and present financial reports to clients, detailing performance against KPIs, revenue, and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals for additional services based on client needs. More About You Experienced industry professional with a minimum of P402 and P405 qualifications, plus at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. S301 and W504 qualifications are desirable.
