Our client is a niche mortgage provider, who have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to join them. This role is central to increasing awareness of their full service offering and driving high quality enquiries across the full mortgage product lines.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that engage consumers at every stage of the property journey, while ensuring all communications are compliant with FCA guidelines.
Duties will include:
- Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies that drive leads for mortgage and protection products across self-build, residential, BTL, bridging, and insurance.
- Manage the full marketing mix: website, digital advertising (PPC, display), social media, email marketing, print, and offline campaigns.
- Create and maintain FCA-compliant customer-facing content including guides, tools, blog posts, email flows, and brochures.
- Oversee the ongoing development of our website and digital presence to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate insight-led reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (brokers, operations, compliance) to align marketing with business priorities.
- Uphold brand consistency and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has a wealth of marketing experience, across many areas including: campaigns, copywriting, content creation and communications. You will need to have gained this experience within financial services, specifically mortgages.
