As the Social and Brand Manager at LullaBellz, you’ll be at the forefront of our creative strategy, bringing our products to life for our hair-obsessed audience. Your primary focus will be developing and executing a dynamic social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok. Whether you’re collaborating with UGC creators on seasonal campaigns, working on shoots with our next Brand Ambassador, or jumping in front of the camera to stay ahead of the latest trends, you’ll be the driving force behind turning our products into viral moments.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll ensure a social-first mindset is embedded in everything we do, aligning content with overall business objectives. With a proven track record of creating viral content and driving social success, you’ll play a key role in growing and engaging our community.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or creative businesses. Working within fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus!

- Content creation skills: You’ll be an expert in editing videos using CapCut and Premier Pro, alongside writing sharp copy and briefing first-class design.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that amplifies our brand, engages our audience, and drives sales across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
- Create compelling, trend-driven content whether it’s storytelling through UGC content, directing engaging video shoots, or jumping in front of the camera to bring ideas to life.
- Stay ahead of trends by identifying emerging formats, sounds/songs and viral moments, ensuring LullaBellz is creating content that is on-trend in the moment.
- Grow and engage our community by fostering relationships with customers, influencers, and creators to drive brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with UGC creators and influencers to source high quality, performance-led content that resonates with our audience.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, freelancers, and external partners, ensuring the delivery of our social strategy.
- Track, analyse, and optimise social performance, using insights to refine content, improve engagement, and drive measurable results.
- Own reactive content creation, staying proactive in jumping on viral trends and real-time opportunities.
- Drive innovation by continuously testing new content formats, platform features, and creative approaches to keep LullaBellz at the forefront of social media.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and engagement.
- Excellent video editing skills with experience using CapCut, PremierPro and Tik Tok editing.
- Excellent writing skills and visual content creation abilities.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Excellent image and video editing skills.
Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 per annum DOE
Hybrid Role - 3 days from our Manchester City Centre office and 2 days WFH.
