The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.

As a Project Manager with Industrial experience, you understand the importance of procuring packages at the right amount, planning, and coordinating. You will have the personality to win people over, influence, and be memorable for the right reasons!

Project Manager in the UK with a track record on Distribution, Industrial & Warehouse Projects. You will be able to look at planning, methods of construction, and then be able to client face and pitch the bid. You will work alongside the Estimation Director on the numbers, but the program, strategy, and understanding how the money is made is all on you. You will know how many cranes, access challenges, noise restraints, and what is and isn’t achievable.

In this role, you will be a realist and be able to work closely with the Operations Directors and Company Owner. This business has leapt past the financial targets for a number of reasons. Having seen a competitor go to the wall has seen them negotiate 2 projects alongside what was an already busy order book! 2024 – Secured Β£119 Million 2025 Plan – Β£150 Million – Can you help make this happen and be part of this exciting journey?

You will be joining an ambitious employer that rewards hard work, thinking outside the box, and decision-making. You will not be a NUMBER, and you will have a voice. You will look at risk assessments, build ability, soil samples, program, methods of construction, lifting and cranes placements, and how the program can be reduced to hit pace for project delivery and profitability.

Experience requested:

  • Main Contractor experience in a Project Manager or Pre Construction Manager capacity
  • Contractual awareness & technical know-how
  • IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on: ASTA, PowerPoint, Word, e-mail
  • Construction Background relevant to the role, be that Degree or HNC
  • Strong client, supply chain, and knowledge within the Construction of Industrial Warehouses & Distribution

Please note: This is NOT a hybrid role. It will involve travel to meet clients and visiting sites to review potential risks and opportunities. The role is based in the Head office just outside of Maidstone – Kent.
