Pre-Construction Manager

As a Project Manager with Industrial experience, you understand the importance of procuring packages at the right amount, planning, and coordinating. You will work alongside the Estimation Director on the numbers, but the program, strategy, and understanding how the money is made is all on you. You will know how many cranes, access challenges, noise restraints, and what is and isn’t achievable. In this role, you will be a realist and be able to work closely with the Operations Directors and Company Owner. This business has leapt past the financial targets for a number of reasons. Experience requested Main Contractor experience in a Project Manager or Pre Construction Manager capacity Contractual awareness & technical know-how IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on: ASTA, PowerPoint, Word, e-mail Construction Background relevant to the role, be that Degree or HNC Strong client, supply chain, and knowledge within the Construction of Industrial Warehouses & Distribution Please note: This is NOT a hybrid role.
