The primary purpose of the Midweight Graphic Designer is to support the Art Director, Senior Design Manager, and the rest of the Creative and Marketing teams by providing creative and commercially effective ideas for our multi-channel campaigns, taking those ideas from concept to completion. The Midweight Designer will formulate and implement creative solutions in-line with the business strategy across all channels, providing fresh, innovative, and commercial creative on time and to budget. They will also work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Web, and Email teams to deliver joint targets and occasionally liaise with external stakeholders.
