Are you the organised powerhouse behind every successful product launch? We’re looking for an NPD Systems Admin Manager to join our fast-paced innovation team and help turn culinary ideas into commercially viable products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll be the go-to person linking our NPD, Technical, and Operations teams — making sure every new and evolving product is accurately documented, costed, and ready to fly off the production line.
- From recipes to raw materials to packaging specs, your attention to detail keeps the whole launch process running like clockwork.
You’ll Own:
- Capturing and managing detailed recipe info for seamless handovers
- Spotting and solving potential production challenges before they hit the line
- Managing new raw materials and packaging spec requirements
- Coordinating cross-functional input to ensure on-time, spec-perfect launches
- Keeping development records watertight so trials and specs are right first time
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–3 years' experience in development, project management or process in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- A sharp eye for detail and strong admin skills (Excel is your second language)
