As our VMS (Variable Message Sign) Administrator you will support our VMS management team by providing a first-class service. You will be responsible for end-to-end admin support for the team. You will play a key part in keeping the messages alive.

Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Supporting our VMS team in an administrative capacity.
• Raising quotations for our customers.
• Raise damage advice notes and follow through to conclusion and PO.
• Confirming on hires, off hires on our internal management system. Following up with the client each time.
• Monitoring our battery voltage levels remotely via our tracking system, alerting our team who will manage the next steps.
• Liaising with our customers to ensure we have PO requests on time.
• Receiving message requirements from customers and making recommendations on compliance.
• Message creation/design and scheduling.
• Sharing previews with the customer for approval and scheduling for appearance on units.
• VMS Location management and planning.
• Admin management of our trailer servicing.
