Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Housing Assistant to provide a comprehensive support and administration service for regional and area housing services. The role will include responding to a range of service families as well as internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role which may include travel to other areas. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Our Home Services team plays a crucial role as part of Pinnacle Service Families, our largest contract managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Who We're Looking For

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in following up unresolved issues as a result of the occupancy cycle (voids) e.g. checking any items raised at pre move in are completed by RAMS if HO is attending another appointment.
- Coordinate, administer and monitor Housing Officer appointments/diaries including short notices changes and long-term planning liaising with the area manager and other stakeholders as required.
- Contribute, lead and support as required in the management and allocation of garages.
- Provide and keep up to date local information for families to improve their lived experience and introduction to a new area with the associated facilities.
- Complete and maintain accurate and detailed records in all operational systems and templates.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast moving, pressurized, front line housing management environment dealing with complex issues and competing priorities.
- Ability to produce and present comprehensive professional reports clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
- Ability to use initiative and make accurate and timely decisions whilst under pressure.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data and performance information, identifying issues and resolution required.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels in both individual and group situations.
