About the role (What you’ll be doing)

  • You will manage our global tax obligations across the UK and DE (and additional markets as we expand) for indirect (GST/VAT), income taxes, and fringe benefits taxes.
  • You will facilitate the maintenance and adherence of the group transfer pricing policies, royalties, and interest agreements.
  • You will own the creation and maintenance of all tax-related policies and processes, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.
  • You’ll be the subject matter expert on all tax matters as they arise and be the key contact internally and with our external advisors.
  • You’ll support the annual audit and financial statement preparation with deferred tax calculations and disclosures.

About you (Who you are)

  • 3-5 years experience working in tax in the UK (either in-house or at a chartered firm).
  • Experience managing tax compliance in multi-company and cross-jurisdictional corporate groups.
  • Experience with transfer pricing and tax law interpretations.
