Job Summary
The Specialist, Documentation provides administrative support across the Talent & Creative Casting department, managing various tasks and coordinating with stakeholders. Flexibility to work outside normal hours may be required.
Key Tasks
- Manage document requests, including checking project info, sending via TCR or Docusign, and updating status in Wrike
- Create addendums, track documents, and ensure timely signing and retrieval
- Maintain audition schedules, develop documentation, and coordinate bookings and staffing
- Manage emails related to contracts, visas, and project updates
- Utilize systems like Airtable and other platforms used by the team
